Modex replaces any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Under these circumstances, Modex will gladly refund return delivery costs for those goods returned. Any claim for replacement due to fault or damage should be made to Modex within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

To process your return of goods, please call or email us first and then we will be in contact with you to arrange a refund or replacement. We can generally only process a refund by reimbursing your credit card, or by posting a refund cheque.
