What’s in each delivery?
One 1L bottle of Modex (20 daily 50ml serves) and 8 × 100ml shots for key sessions and race day: about four weeks of Modex.

Which plan should I choose?
For an event build-up, choose Every month so you’re stocked every day of your block. Every 2 months suits lighter training or the off-season, and Every 3 months suits using a pack in the four weeks before each major event.

How far out should I start before my event?
Most people notice a difference in energy and recovery within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use, and results build over 8–12 weeks. We suggest starting 12–16 weeks before a marathon, Ironman or ultra, and at the start of pre-season for footy.

Can I skip, reschedule or cancel?
Yes. From your account you can skip a delivery, change the date or frequency, edit your subscription or cancel at any time.
