MODEX GUARANTEE & RETURNS

We strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase from our website, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, including return shipping. Apparel and gear is non-refundable, but should you have any problems with your purchase, contact us to see if we can find a fix.

All bottle/s of Modex delivered to you by Modex (Arborvitae Health and Wellbeing P/L) are covered by our Quality and Value Guarantee.

Modex replaces any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Under these circumstances, Modex will gladly refund return delivery costs for those goods returned. Any claim for replacement due to fault or damage should be made to Modex within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

To process your return of goods, please call or email us first and then we will be in contact with you to arrange a refund or replacement. We can generally only process a refund by reimbursing your credit card, or by posting a refund cheque.
